This is a blog containing some of my random thoughts. Each day, I am working to be more open and giving. I am also trying to be respectful of all opinions I come across. My blog will reflect this.

I am blessed to have both of my parents still living. And to be in close contact with my two brothers, Robert and David, my sister, Stacy, and my step-brother, Kody.

I work as a geriatric psychotherapist and case manager in San Francisco. I have also worked as a child therapist.
